hi, i’ve been practicing my yoni egg since 2-3 days. first day i had a light headache and i was too sleepy. whenever i wear my egg i feel soo sleepy. and i dont feel my egg inside me. what will the progress look like ? i wonder when am I going to see the difference. Any experience day by day or week by week? I do wonder what am I supposed to feel as a change:) please tell more

Thanks for commenting! Each woman is totally different and everyone’s experience will be unique based on what is needed to be released, healed, strengthened, or awakened. Crystals, especially jade, are very powerful and it’s kind of like a detox. You might feel the release of shame, trauma, pain, etc. and it can definitely affect your energy levels. It’s just doing its healing work and I can’t really say how long it will take you to experience/feel something. The more you practice and also surrender to where you are now and what happens (or doesn’t happen!) each time you use it or connect with the jade egg, the more enjoyable the journey will be.
It takes time to heal and awaken parts of our bodies (like the pelvic floor muscles) that we aren’t used to using on a normal basis. Just take your time and with time, you’ll begin to feel more pleasure instead of numbness or pain. If you can’t feel the egg right now, that’s totally normal too.
